Honda Motorcycle Deals Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all motorcycle finance, discount, accessory, voucher, and promotional offers advertised on the Honda Motorcycle Deals webpage and through participating authorised Honda Motorcycle dealers within the Republic of South Africa.

Promotional Offers

  1. All promotional offers are valid while stocks last and are subject to availability.
  2. Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, substitute, or withdraw any promotion, offer, model, incentive, or campaign at any time and without prior notice.
  3. Promotional offers are only available through participating authorised Honda Motorcycle dealers.
  4. Promotional offers apply only to the specific Honda motorcycle models identified in the applicable promotion.
  5. Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, incentive, rebate, finance offer, or special arrangement unless expressly stated otherwise.
  6. Unless specifically stated, all promotional offers exclude:
    1. Accessories
    2. Riding gear and apparel
    3. Merchandise
    4. Licensing and registration fees
    5. Insurance
    6. Delivery charges
    7. Dealer-fitted accessories
    8. Optional extras
  7. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, alternative products, or any other benefit, unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

Fuel Voucher Offers

  1. Where a fuel voucher forms part of a promotional offer, customers may elect to receive an equivalent cash discount against the purchase price of the applicable Honda motorcycle model instead of receiving the fuel voucher.
  2. No additional cash payment, refund, or credit shall be payable beyond the value of the advertised fuel voucher.

CRF300L/Rally Turkana Gear Accessory Offers

  1. Where accessories are included as part of a promotional offer, the offer is strictly limited to Honda-branded Turkana accessories.
  2. Eligible accessories are limited to:
    1. Turkana Rackless Saddlebag Base Set
    2. Turkana Handlebar Frame Bag
  3. No substitutions, upgrades, exchanges, credits, alternative accessories, riding gear, apparel, or merchandise will be permitted.
  4. Accessory availability is subject to stock availability and may vary between dealers.

Participation

  1. Promotions are conducted jointly by Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd and its authorised dealer partners.
  2. The promotion is only open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa.
  3. Directors, employees, agents, consultants, sponsors, contractors, and associated persons of Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners, and immediate family members, may only participate with the prior written consent of Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd.

Pricing and Specifications

  1. All advertised prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
  2. Prices are recommended retail prices and are subject to change without notice.
  3. Colours, specifications, model availability, and equipment may vary and are subject to availability.
  4. Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to correct any pricing, specification, publication, printing, or typographical errors.

Finance Offers

Finance offers are valid on all applicable models listed on the Honda Motorcycle Deals webpage and are available through participating Honda Motorcycle dealers only.

Finance is subject to credit approval and the applicant's risk profile. Applicable Honda Finance initiation and service fees are included in the principal debt. Interest rates are variable, linked to the prevailing prime lending rate, and are subject to adjustment.

Honda Finance is a product of WesBank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, a registered bank, authorised financial services provider, and registered credit provider (NCRCP20).

All finance information is provided subject to change and may contain inadvertent errors, omissions, printing, or typing mistakes.

Customers are encouraged to consult their nearest authorised Honda Motorcycle dealer for further information and tailor-made finance offers.

Liability and Indemnity

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants indemnify and hold harmless Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, its dealer network, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from participation in any promotion or the acceptance or use of any promotional benefit.
  2. Any participant found to be acting fraudulently, dishonestly, contrary to these Terms & Conditions, or in a manner that undermines the integrity of the promotion may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd.

Privacy

  1. By participating in any promotion, customers acknowledge that Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd may collect, process, store, and use personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and related business activities.
  2. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

General

  1. All motorcycle units advertised are available in limited quantities.
  2. Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change, alter, remove, substitute, or exclude any model from a promotion at its sole discretion.
  3. All images, photographs, vehicle configurations, colours, accessories, and specifications shown in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect local specifications or the final product supplied.
  4. Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss arising from publication, pricing, specification, printing, or typographical errors.
  5. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Honda Motor Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd without prior notice.
  6. By participating in any Honda Motorcycle promotion, purchasing a motorcycle under a promotional offer, or claiming any promotional benefit, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
